To celebrate the launch of the Loving Earth Project exhibition at Scottish Maritime Museum Dumbarton we will be hosting a textile panel making drop in workshops.

The Loving Earth Project Exhibition Launch 

Join us for the opening weekend of this global community project which textile panels celebrate the people and places those creating the works love whilst raising awareness of the environmental issues endangering them.

Loving Earth Project Drop - In Workshops 10.30am - 12.30 and 1.30pm - 3.30pm 

Create your own textile panel on the opening day of the Loving Earth Project exhibition. Your panel can express climate change issues or what you love about the planet and nature - anything you love about Earth!

In this led session you will get as much guidance as you need to start your on textile project. All levels of experience welcome from beginners to expert crafters. Materials will be provided and the workshop is included in your entry to the Museum.

You can take you textile panel home or it can become part of the exhibition and go on display at the Scottish Maritime Museum Dumbarton as part of The Loving Earth Project exhibition!

The exhibition runs from Saturday 25th September 2021 until Sunday 23rd January 2022
